OrcCon 2023 was held February 17–20, 2023 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, continuing Strategicon''s Presidents'' Day weekend convention in its familiar LAX-area hotel setting. Within the Strategicon trio, OrcCon serves as the early-year entry, distinct from the spring and Labor Day weekend shows.
The 2023 edition preserved the long-running Los Angeles hotel-con format of nonstop board, card, roleplaying, and miniatures play from Friday through Monday.
