Historicon

Historicon is one of the major U.S. conventions devoted to historical miniatures gaming. Organized by HMGS, it has long served as a centerpiece event for historical wargamers, with large demonstration tables, tournaments, vendors, and painting or hobby support tied specifically to miniatures play.

Its focus makes it notably different from broader tabletop conventions. Historicon is not trying to cover the whole hobby equally; it is built around historical miniatures culture first.
